and you said you just doing the same old thing?
um....do you remember in our last conversation. a mention of grants.....perhaps you should seriously consider applying for one.
check out www.fulbright.com >i think this is correct....else, do a search.
the grants allow you to study in any country...
you may or maynot be required to know the language of the region....
you can apply for anything....one of my friends applied to "translate poems from a lost mexican language"....simple purposes.
