another construction sound, this one coming from the marina towers condos in downtown chicago. a large blue tarp was draped around the first few floors, which houses parking for the residents. behind the tarp some mysterious constuction was taking place. a huge cloud of steam and dust seeped out from behind the tarp. in this sound, there is the faint sound of a jackhammer being drowned out by the much louder sound of the escaping steam. if you listen closely you can hear the voice of one of the construction workers say, "how ya doing?" around the 35 second point.
