danny's is a neighborhood bar on dickens avenue in bucktown/wicker park. from the outside danny's doesn't seem very special; a schlitz beer sign hangs over the door of what could easily be mistaken for someone's house. just like the outside, the inside is pretty relaxed. there are several different dimly lit rooms complete with tables, benches, and couches for you to sit and chat with friends. on monday nights, danny's hosts upcoming idm and techno djs. the music is usually worth going out for, but it can get pretty crowded since there is not a cover. this is a sound clip of me walking from the back room to the front area near the bar.
